About the Director

Hezekiah Hall is a Development Specialist with over ten years of experience in Social Policy, Development, and Programme Management. His career is marked by a commitment to delivering impactful social programmes in areas of governance, access to justice, community safety and security, health, and youth development.

Hezekiah earned his Bachelor of Science in Social Policy and Development (Hons) and a Master of Science in Development Studies (with Distinction) from The University of the West Indies. His academic achievements include the prestigious
Global Partnership Network’s Arthur Lewis Academic Award for Sustainable Development.

He holds certification in Project Management in Global Health from the University of Washington, and an International Certificate of Project Management Associate (PMA) from the Inter-American Development Bank.

As a Grants Manager by profession, Hezekiah provides technical and programmatic support to civil society organizations. His role includes writing and managing grants, developing and implementing programmes, and leading project
teams. He has successfully managed national programmes funded by prominent organizations, including the Global Fund, European Union, and USAID, and has a proven track record of securing substantial funding through project proposals.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Hezekiah is passionate about promoting social development and tackling critical issues through innovative projects. His commitment to social impact, combined with his extensive expertise and
leadership skills, makes him a vital force for positive change and development at
the micro and macro levels.
